Podcasts, Indie Authors, E-Books, and now The Launch Party. Say what?
Steve of “Apocalypse Weird” explains: It’s a celebration. Writers, readers, and fans break a bottle of champagne over the bow of a newly launched work–often an anthology–another new trend growing from e-books and indie-authors. Get free stuff! Authors host chat threads and give away free stuff. Admission is free. So’s the fun!
It’s very casual. And there are no web cams! So, come dressed as you like! It’s all chatting and commenting with a keyboard.
Come and go as you please! Kids just get home from school? Time to make dinner? Log off for an hour and take care of business. Come back when you can and hop right into whatever conversation is happening.
Apocalypse Weird Launch #2: The Apocalypse Reaches NOLA and Phoenix!
On Mar. 10, 2015, Wonderment Media, Inc., launched Hoodoopocalypse by Kim Wells (average rating: currently 4.8 stars) and on Mar. 24, 2015, Eric Tozzi’s Phoenix Lights hits the streets. Come talk with these talented authors as they add their particular spin to the Apocalypse Weirdverse. Other AW authors will also be joining in the fun and giving away free stuff. This party is shorter than most–only 3 hours–but promises to be a ton of fun.
I’ll update this post later. It’s noon, and my entire morning got away from me as I blogged today.
